Sirumalai Hill Banana

The Sirumalai Hill Banana is a small, sweet banana grown on the Sirumalai hills of Dindigul district, closely related to the region's other prized hill bananas. It is distinguished by its short, plump fingers, firm flesh and a rich, honey-like flavour with a subtle aroma that develops as the fruit ripens on the cool hill slopes.
